About 8am on Thursday, emergency companies had been referred to as to the condo complicated on Bunn Street, following reviews of a stabbing.
Officers from Sydney City Police Area Command attended and located a 44-year-old man struggling a number of stab wounds. He died on the scene.
Police have been informed that the person, a constructing worker, had been concerned in an altercation with a person recognized to him previous to being stabbed.
A criminal offense scene has been established which is continuous to be examined by specialist forensic police.
