A relatively unproductive night out of photography, and this was my last capture before getting the 277 home. It really was this blue, I swear – which made it hard to process as it looks so surreal……

The only thing genuinely unreal is the amount of money this area generates whilst literally casting a giant shadow over Tower Hamlets, one of the most disadvantaged boroughs in the city – made up primarily of the poor immigrants which these docks used to exploit their riches in the first place. But I digress.
